ハマクラのイケメンチームドクターこと野村です。先日のシャークスの敗戦から気合いを入れ直して臨んだ最初の練習ですが…またもや雨！！
ゆーやの汗でしょうか！？
とりあえず私はセイブジムで背中、肩、上腕二頭筋をmainにいじめ抜いてきました！
チェンジ。言葉にすることは簡単ですが、忙しい毎日の中で実行することは困難です。しかし部員全員がこの気持ちを共有し、一日たった30分でも走ったり、筋トレしたりラグビー見たりして日常の中にラグビーを浸透させれば
結果はでるはず！！
そう信じて頑張りましょう。
今年こそ決勝で磐田に勝って優勝して、雄飛をオスに、いや男にしてやりましょう！！=
